It depends on which SlackBoard model you have

SlackBoard Plus and Pro come with two lines pre-installed and include a single-line clip, so you can switch between one-line and two-line configurations anytime.

Standard SlackBoard is a single-line setup and can't be converted to two lines. If you're looking for that flexibility, the Plus or Pro might be a better fit.
