What is the return policy?Updated a month ago

We’re confident you’ll love your SlackBoard. If for any reason it’s not the right fit, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus return shipping charges (if applicable). If you use a return label provided by us, a $19 USD (or $14 CAD) return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note that expedited outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returned items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be subject to a partial refund. If that applies, we’ll notify you once we receive and inspect the return.

Please keep the original box and all packaging materials to ensure a smooth return process. Products must be returned in new or like-new condition. Return shipping fees may apply.

Please note that all Imperfect SlackBoard purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
