If your discount is not applying at checkout, please verify the following:

• Sale Exclusions: Check if your items are already heavily marked down or part of an excluded sitewide promotion.

• No Code Stacking: Ensure you do not have other promo codes entered, as our system only allows one discount per order.

• Expired ID.me Account: Log into your personal account at ID.me to ensure your specific community credential (e.g., medical license, teacher ID) does not need to be renewed.
